No service

I have been waiting for simple assistance since 10 Feb to be able to change my email address on your site. I've sent everything you need to resolve the issue to more than 4 people over the space of 16 days. Each time I was asked for my club number, my Id number and my new email address. Each time I gave it and received nothing back. Your service is worse than pathetic. I still can't even log into your website. I waited for 11 days until getting my first response and there was no apology and no resolution or reply email. Just different people asking the same questions and not helping.
