No Service

I went into Clicks to the pharmacy for over the counter medication. The non prescription counter, I stood for over 5 minutes and no service. There were 3 people behind the counter ignoring me and stocking here and there. I also notice a sign which stated that you needed your RSA Identity document as well if you needed to buy medication on your medical aid. I also didn't have that on me, what if I didn't live in town? That's never been there before when I went to have a script filled. After waiting and not a having clue what was going on, I eventually walked out because apparently they didn't feel like serving me. Nobody even said anything, nothing. I went to another pharmacy I know I'll get good service from, I normally call them but thought seeing as I'm off let me use Clicks. What a big mistake, I'm terribly dissapointed in the service, or lack there of.
