No security?

I was shocked yesterday when my phone was ****** in La Lucia mall that the staff of your store told me there were no cameras? Surely in this time of day, security for your store, staff and customers should be a priority? It was just my phone but what about if it was my child? What would you say? Sorry we can't see who grabbed your child? There were no security to be seen anywhere? I think it's totally unacceptable that you don't take measures to ensure safety. Surly it's a basic requirement. I would appreciate a reply to what will be done before the Christmas season! Thank you
