No response to emails - ignores complaints

Emailed Clicks for several weeks already regarding an engen promotion where the points was never allocated. First was told it will be allocated 2 weeks after the promotion period which ended 10 July 2026. Till today nothing was allocated. No response for weeks after you email their customer services. They requested my details which I provided after they requested it and then they ignore emails and don't respond. Why have promotions when points does not get allocated.
