No response on product inquiry for over a year!

I enquired about a perfume for men Rock Star Blue, was told my query has been escalated to “Merchandise” but till today months after, I’ve heard nothing from them! By far, Clicks is the worst when it comes to customer service & responding to queries! I bought pampers nappies the Wednesday before Black Friday, paid online about +R500, I enquired after that when will I be able to collect my order from Clicks iLanga Mall; well guess what; till today no one has said anything about my order! I sent another email yesterday requesting a refund but no response even now!
