No Response

I have been trying to fix my account for about 2 years now. I have been trying to get my information & Card correctly setup by Clicks. I have filled it 2 new entry forms & still no luck. I finally got my information correct. Now trying to get my card issue sorted out. I been sending emails to [Email Removed] & I get no answer back from them. How long must a person struggle before something happens?
