No respect for customers

Clicks MetLife plaza service at tillpoints is disgusting as they have no respect for the clients waiting to pay.They stand talking to one another and ignore that the queue is 15 people long.only 2 tillpoints open and stiill couldn't worry about customers.Time around about 3pm sat 21st nov.if that's the type of exit to an otherwise great shopping experience I would suggest people to rather use another branch or change to dischem
