No refund yet!

I placed an order on the 1st Jan 2021 of a sale item, my order was cancelled due to it being sold out. I requested a refund into my bank account. To date I am still waiting for my refund, no feedback received from Clicks. I called yesterday and I'm still waiting for a callback. I've sent numerous emails regarding this matter. To top it all of the item is back in stock at the normal price.
