No refund no replacement query

I bought a phone which i only found out later that it does not support any if the services that i personally use on a daily basis. I just returned it to Clicks with no damage and requested that i please get refunded or exchange that specific phone to one that supports Google, of the same amount. Both ladies were rude and bluntly refused any of these requests stating a cell phone cannot be replaced or returned, something the consultant who sold it to me failed to mention. I have left the phone there as i cannot keep something that is of no use to me. I request that this matter please be escalated as a matter of urgency. I either want my money back or a proper phone, otherwise im involving my legal team on this!
