No records for purchases available without a club card

I went instore with dates to draw an old invoice for July 2021 and they said they could not help me. By law you need to keep invoices for 5 years

The bill was in Rylands Gatesville for R99.99 for a Volcano USB cable. I need the invoice and the exchange slip. Please can this be provided.

It's for an item bought on a debt card.
