No professionalism

I made an appointment to get my second jab and for my helper to get her first. I get there 15 minutes before to Clicks The Glen. To which there was still a queue. the pharmacist assistant was extremely rude. she collected forms outside but not ours then questions me as to whether I didn't see her or not. The professionalism was non existent. we were not advised of whether we should avoid alcohol or only take panado as I was when I took my first jab at Mondeor Recreational Centre. The pharmacy manager who administered the vaccine and the pharmacist assistant felt like they we doing us a favour. Absolutely appalling.
