It is with great disappointment that I write this email. I purchased your safeway ladies shaving kit (259817) that got delivered today, to collect at my nearest clicks which is Tembisa mall. The box felt very light which felt suspicious but I didn't pay no mind. When i finally got home and opened the parcel it was wrapped properly but I noticed the kit box is torn as if it was tampered with. When I finally opened the kit box it's empty with no product inside. What an inconvenience. I'm honestly so disappointed and annoyed to say the least.

I need to leave for my vacation and I really need my shaving kit. I hope I will get assistance as soon as possible. Trust is definitely broken.
