no points reflecting on slips

I am sending this complain for the 2nd time. early this month or late feb I bought from eastrand mall and no points were reflecting on my slip, send the complain here someone phoned me and told me your systems are being changed or whatever and the points will reflect and he will call me again when they reflect, he never phoned me. today again was at carnival mall, still no points reflecting on my slips,what is happening??? can someone explain whats going on, I want to see my points earned on every purchase the same way I have always seen them, how do I even know I am not been cheated of my cash backs here???
