no points

<p>I have been shopping at clicks for years now, I was surprised the past few months that each time i check my points balance Iam on zero!!! I do all my toiletery shopping monthly and I even mentioned it to a casher last month she said I must be wrong , when I went to do my shopping yesterday she was surprised when my points were still on zero. I want this sorted out.</p>
