No one works at Clicks (is it run by the government?)

I guess its nice that you're paying salaries to the locals for doing nothing but there has not been a time when I haven't had to find someone to man the tills because they're too busy chatting and trying on makeup. There clearly is no manager at this store, although I don't think having a manager is part of the Clicks business model. How do we get Dischem to come to Franschhoek? Thank god for the local pharmacy that is more efficient with medications.
