No more customer service :-(

<p>I support Clicks every month because i like their cosmetics and today at Clicks Lemon Tree shopping centre Alberton I was treated like a no good inconveniencing ***** just because I bought Essence foundation and realised when i got into my car that it is the wrong colour. I did not open it, i got out of my car with my slip and the product. When i got back into Clicks and i explained my situation to the manager and the lady at the cosmetics counter they first discussed my situation in their language and then i was told in no uncertain terms that i mess up an inconvenience their department by not using the tester. I then explained that i merely took the wrong bottle i know my colour and that i was here a view minustes ago. After a verbal despute she looked at my slip for a good 5minutes before deciding to give me an exchange. All i could think is that without people like me and thousands of others buying from Clicks this women would not have an income and if this is how she chooses to treat her customers then i am very sorry i would rather support Dischem or Pick n Pay when i need cosmetics. I never ever felt so humilated and disrespected in my whole life.</p>
