No medicine, terrible service, bad business model

I work in the medical field and cannot explain how disgusted I am with the entire clicks model and every single franchise I have visited of yours. Today I have absolutely had it with you. I'm a type 1 diabetic and visiting a store to pick up my insulin, YET AGAIN your store didnt have stock for vials of insulin, besides the fact that this is one the biggest conditions in South Africa, I will go into ketoacidosis without it but I get asked to wait until the end of the day or tomorrow because they have to order stock (this store in particular phone 3 other stores who ALSO had no vials of insulin, I mean seriously). I have organized the click and collect several times which never works, I dont even know why you offer that system, it's like a car without petrol. Whenever I go to "collections" the meds need to be organized in the same way as if I didnt use click and collect.... I used to pick up my other chronic meds from clicks but made a firm decision NEVER to go to a clicks again, EVER, BUT I have to now go through to clicks because the CDE diabetes program I am on says discovery patients can only go to a clicks. The saddest news I ever heard.... I want to accept that I am dictated to go to a clicks but I refuse to accept it... as I write this message I have been sitting in a clicks store for almost an hour waiting for them to organize my medicine, (not waiting in line, but actually giving the script in and the pharmacist trying to get it) I will phone my medical aid and plead that I pick my meds up at dischem or Van Heerden or Arrie Nel, just anyone else... I hope you truly understand the plead from a patient that needs medicine to live but still says, I know I need these meds to live but god, please not from clicks.
