No medical aid card

I went to the Clicks Pharmacy at Sandton City after phoning all over the country looking for medicine for my 83 your old father. I asked at the pharmacy if they have the medicine and they said yes. I started giving all my father's details and then the lady asked for the medical aid card and identity document. I said I don't have it because my father has it in case he needs it should something happen to him. She told me that she cannot processed for the first time without it. I cannot believe that is required, I have bought medicine for my parents before at a Clicks pharmacy, surely the information is on record but perhaps she is not putting the information in correctly after spelling the surname five times. I stormed out in pursuit of another pharmacy, I don't have time to waste at Clicks!
