no magazine

I went to Clicks on 2 May and spent R846.20. I asked if I could have one of the club card magazines on the counter and was told she would have to see if I would qualify. I have a gold card. She fiddled around at the till and then gave me a pile of slips which spewed out of the register. I asked her what these were for and a \manager"who was standing watching said they were vouchers. I was not given a magazine. I returned the vouchers to her and she then tore them up. Nothing about the magazine. If this is the way I"
