No Longer Your Client Clicks Gordons Bay or any Clicks for that matter
My prescription is at Gordons Bay Clicks, this has not been a good experience for me or my partner. When getting my prescription filled last month, the queue system messed up the numbers and mine got called, and when I got to the counter they had already moved to the next number (like literally 15 seconds). The one male pharmacist was have a fat chat with a friend/customer not in the queue, whilst the customers wife was busy have a fat conversation with the other pharmacist; whilst there are people waiting in the queue. I had to point out the numbering issue, at which point the male pharmacist went on a go slow, painstakingly going to fetch my meds one at a time, My partner noticed that the total price of my meds was up by over R250, so he went back and questioned it, that male pharmacist had given me a different medication to my normal one (this person has dispensed my medication previously) - that is quite a hectic change especially when it comes to cost. Fast forward to yesterday, my partner got the wrong glucometer strips so went to change them, despite showing them his purchase on his banking app, they made him go and dig the tile slip out of the bin! Something they could have looked up on their own system from the transaction on his banking app. But no, whilst in the midst of a covid pandemic they (the manager of the store) made a regular customer, dig in the bin for a till slip. We are both up for a prescription renewal and this means we will go to Diskem, but definitely NOT a CLICKS. This was the last time we accept the bad and pathetic services of the Gordons Bay Clicks.
