No human sense

On Saturday the 03/02/18 at around 16:50 i went into a clicks store in Durban, Phoenix, i went in to purchase a pregnancy test , i saw a person from my church and did not want anyone to see the pregnancy test before i knew for sure i was pregnant, I had put the test in my pocket, i followed the que to make payment and saw a lady carrying a hair straighter, i went to see the prices of the straighteners and saw a great deal and was rushing out of the store to tell my husband so i could purchase the straightener, i had forgotten about the test in my pocket, i went to the door and the beeper came on and i realised i had the test in my pocket, i removed it and handed it to the guard and explained what had happened the manager of the store called me to the back, i explained again to her what had happened and told her it was an honest mistake also i asked her to view the camera footage, she told me she hears that all the time and there are no cameras in store , she advised me she will speak to her regional manager and get back to me , she came back after 15 mins and told me , i will have to wait till the police arrives, i was speaking to her to explain it was a simple mistake and she would not hear anything and started being rude telling me to shut up and stop talking as i am making her angry, i asked if she could please tell my husband i was in the store as he was waiting for me and did not know i went into the clicks store, she ignored me and after an hour she then sent a employee to let my husband know i was in the store, i needed to use the ladies room and she told me i needed to wait for the police, i then could not make it and asked a member of the staff if there was a toilet and he rep**** "yes" but needs to ask the manager if i could use it, about 15min later he showed me to the ladies , I was so disappointed in the treatment i am a customer of clicks and monthly purchase from them , at 17:20 more than 2hrs later the police showed up, he read a statement made by the security guard had written, he stated he had searched me and found the test (lie) he then told the police i handed the test to him,i did not leave the store with the test which the police had explained i gave the test voluntarily, the police told the manager they cannot arrest me as i never left the store and the statement was incorrect, the manager asked the police if the guard could rewrite the statement and then give it to them, she said she she had given him a sample to copy from to write the statement, the police said they could do nothing and told the manager to band me from the store if she wanted as there is nothing they can do. I am so angry and disappointed in the way i was treated firstly how can a well know store not have a camera, secondly i was treated like a common ******** spoken to so rudely, and my husband was in panic not knowing where i was my children were so worrying as to what happened to their mother, i want an apology and compensation for my time and my families distort, the manager and guard should learn basic human manners, i had left behind my clicks club card. the cheek to take a picture of me to band me from the store, i cannot explain my rage.
