No help from call center in tracing online parcel which has been in transit for 3 days

Placed an online order. It has been in transit for 3 days. Call center is very ineffective in helping me track it,and give reasons for 3 day transit to adestination in a major city. Agent gives me Superbalist number to follow up with courier company. After 3 calls to thus number,they finally understand i am looking for takealot delivery and provide me with the correct number,who tell me they won't be able to track this delivery. After repeating order and track number multiple times, agent says he'll get the right agent to call back. Still waiting ✋️
