No follow up after complaint 6 weeks ago

I have had the experience in 2 stores, Design Quarter and Nicoleway, price on shelf to price at checkout varies. Design Quarter 2 purchases over 2 weeks, price difference was R53.00 complained the store manager. On the last occasion was assured the area/regional manager would call me, it's been over a month still waiting. Nicoleway price varies of R 35.00, store supervisor, sorry it won't happen again, I called customer care, assured a follow-up a week later. I called to ask what is happening, and was told would follow up. It has been 6 days, including the weekend, no calls from CLICKS H O as promised. Clearly, CLICKS do not take customer care seriously.
