No feedback and order not delivered

I bought items on sale on the App. A few days later they want to refund due to a system glitch cos my cart didn’t convert. The things are still in the cart but no longer on sale and i had a deal that if i buy for R500 i would get 100 cashbacks. i responded to their email on the 5 June and to date no response. Can i please get feedback cos i need the items, i can’t be using more money to buy.
