No feedback and No delivery of Medicines 200568

I have written a review a couple of times now. After the 1st review I had a telephone call from supervisors and was informed the case is being investigated. It was only for that month that our problem with clicks direct was solved. The service is back to being done poorly, the admin people doing the work is typing in the wrong addresses on the wrong profiles and because of this the medicines are late or not delivered at all until after phoning and holding on for 20 minutes they inform you that it was sent to this address but it is not even your address. Two weeks ago I was telephoned by Whitney and asked if the medicine for myself and my husband can be delivered on the same day, I informed her that it was actually better. The forexs man phoned me and he was at the wrong address, after which I told him the correct addres but he informed me he was taking it back to the clicks that dispensed it. After telephoning clicks and again waiting for 20 minutes the address was changed again for the 3rd time to our address. The medicine was delivered last tuesday, but it was only for my Husband. When phoning clicks I was informed that I must have bought my medicine from another clicks. I did not and told them to check where they dispensed it from. Monday I telephoned again and spoke to Shadrack at the tracking section and was again informed by him that I must have bought my medicine at another clicks. Again I informed him that why would I do that as my original script is with them and that it was dispensed from another pharmacy that the forex man told me about so they need to track it there. My emails has up to date not yet been answered I am copying the mails in on this screen.

I telephoned this morning to track my medicine, I spoke to Shadrack who informed me that the medicine is in the process of being dispatched, but I was telephoned on the 17th of November by Whitney to inform me that the medicines is being dispatched and would it be ok if my husbands medicine is dispatched with mine for which I informed them that it was all in order. In the meantime last week thursday my husbands medicine was received also after one hell of a argument because of the wrong address, but my medicine was not dispatched.

Now Shadrack ask me if I got my medicine from any other pharmacy but it was dispatched with the pharmacy that sent it to the wrong address and the man of forex informed me that he will take the medicine back to that pharmacy. Check your records and find my medicine or must I go again to Hello Peter this is really becoming a great schlep.

ALSO I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO WHITNEY WHO WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK AS SHE INFORMED ME HER SUPERVISOR TOLD HER TO PHONE ME. I LEFT MESSAGE WITH SHADRACK FOR HER TO PHONE ME URGENTLY.
