NO FEEDBACK

Purchased BIOSOL Hand Sanditzer online. First order the product was great. Second order the product was totally different to what I pruchased initially. I logged a complaint on Thu, Apr 9, 2020. I only got a response on the 20th April stating that I need to GO INTO the store and return the product. WHY WHEN I PURCHASED ONLINE AND WHY SHOULD I RISK MY HEALTHY FOR CLICKS INCORRECT PRODUCT? I responded immediately as such. I got a response on the 24th April that my query was escalated and I would be contacted within 48 HRS. (query has been escalated, with reference number ***5). It is now the 04 May and have had NO FEEDBAC****
