No delivery of goods. No refund. Terrible service

I placed an online order on the 8th July, l still haven't received it. everytime i call them to enquire i get told about my query being escalated... they've been escalating my order for the past three weeks! When i finally decided to demand my money back they tell me i have to wait for a further 3 weeks! such nonsense! Willeen Cornelius is the one "handling" my query, and i've gotten no joy whatsoever.
