No delivery, no response

Order Confirmation ***. A portion of my order was delivered Sanex x2 an aquaous cream x3 were delivered. An agent called n replaced my order for the rest of the items. Up until today I have not received anything, I tried emailing several times no reply. I would like to cancel that order as I do not need the items anymore. It's a month later and no one is replying, this is very upsetting and frustrating
