no delivery no communication

Clicks Online gave terrible service, besides the website lagging alot, after more than 2 weeks my order hadnt arrived. When I called to query, they said they will refund if it doesnt come. But they havent followed up or refunded yet. Its was over R700. I'm never buying again from Clicks.
