No Delivery

I received the wrong products in the box for my online order #171 ********** I picked up the order at Clicks, Capricorn Shopping centre, Muizenberg, Cape town. My name was on the box, but the products inside was not mine! 30/11/2017. The products in the box and the picking slip belonged to someone else. I returned it to Clicks Capricorn and dealt with Ruwayda Moosa. She phoned a Darren from customer service, reference for call # ********** 8. To date, nobody else has called me about my order and updated me as to when I will receive my products. This is very bad service from Clicks and I am ever sorry I ordered from them Online!. I want my products asap.
