No Customer Service at Soneike Branch

Very disappointed in the service received yesterday at your Soneike branch. I phoned yesterday at about 14.00 to enquire if there was any stock of the Lindt 50g bunnies that is on the 3 for 2 special for R35.99. I spoke to Anthea who then went to check and confirmed there is. I requested she keep 12 for me and that I will pick it up the evening. She said I can just ask for her manager Torreuan as she won’t be there then. When I got there the bunnies that was kept was gold 100g no name bunnies, not the Lindt 50g bunnies. Torreaun then immediately said he will go look at the back and on the shelf and after 15 minutes of waiting the outcome was he doesn’t know what she did but the don’t have stock. I then asked for his and her name written down which he then went to do. After another ten minutes he came back with her name written down and his name scratched out as he refuses to give his name as he is not her manager and not responsible although he is the only manager there. I then showed him the paper with me where I wrote his name that she gave me where on he responded he doesn’t know why she did this. There is a complete lack of responsibility on the managers side and no customer service. The branch has stock of the 100g bunny and thus I either want 12 100g bunnies at the same special price or the 50g bunnies needs to be sourced as I did my part in phoning and confirming. This is unacceptable customer service.
