No customer service

I went to Clicks in Southgate to collect a repeat prescription.<br> This rude pharmacist who was helping me told me that she could find my prescription on the system and that I should either get a new one or go back to Maponya Mall where the prescription was loaded. She tells me this after I had to wait while she had a long conversation with one of her colleagues. <br> This is really confusing because I have had a repeat prescription loaded before this one for the same medication and I was able to collect it at any clicks pharmacy.
