No customer care at ALL!!!

I bought a product 12 months a 4 days ago and it stopped working last night.

It has a 12pm that warranty upon trying to exchange it, the manager complained about not being able to see the date on the slip which can be clearly seen. Then he says that unfortunately he can't help me as the warranty expired 4 days ago.

Is there no such thing as a grace period or even common decincy?!

The product is still neatly in the original box with all the parts and plastic bags it comes in and all the books!

I mean really now?! How pathetic!
