No covid testing

I made an appointment online for a rapid covid test for 4:30. I wa late because of traffic. When i got there before 5 still the nurse refused to help me She called the manager of the storw and she just shouted something in her language down the hall. Then i asked if i can just buy the test and do it myself. She said we dont do covid testing. After o booked online and selected covid testing she couldnt phone amd let me know they dont do it. The nurse just ignored it all together. And i had to.drive all the way from krugersdorp here and still.refused yoto help me. Its rediculous
