NO COMMUNICATION FROM CLICKS

I ordered online just before Christmas.

Got a notification that the package failed to deliver but that Clicks had requested the courier company to deliver. However still no package then when my husband phoned they said they can reissue the order or give a refund we said they can reissue the order.

Then I receive a email saying my order had been delivered but I didn't get my order. Clicks said they would email me about what the problem is but never heard from them.

I have paid for this order and if I am not going to receive it I want my refund. Otherwise this is *****. I have paid for something that I at the looks of things will not receive.
