NO CLUBCARD POINTS REFLECTING

Good day

I do not get my Club card points when swipe my clubcard at clicks. I contacted Clicks last month as well and it was sorted out. I recently swiped the card at Engen but no points are reflecting on my card. As far as I now, points should reflect after midnight on the day of purchase. I do not see why I must keep asking for someone at Clicks to correct their error and update my card. I also do not have my Engen slips anymore, and I also do not see why Clicks ask for the slips to confirm the Engen purchase, because the fact that the qty of point earned reflect on the slip, shows that it went through.

This just make me wonder if Clicks has been robbing me of my points the past 15+ years.

This is unacceptable. It is festive season and Clicks is normally my go to place to go buy my gifts, but now I wonder if I must switch to Dischem for my Christmas gift sets.
