No Clinic sister for Covid vaccine

Good Day,

Very disappointed at Clicks mall@reds clinic. Me and my wife had appointments to get the Covid vaccine. I kept getting reminders for my appointment Sunday 2pm on 3rd of October even got reminders on the day before the appointment. We get to clicks before our appointment only yo be informed the clinic sister is not in for the day and there is no one that can assist us. Very disappointed!
