No clientcare/ bad planning

Online clinic booking not in sync with clicks clinic. Made an appointment for Saturday 18th May 2019 for 09h30. I got this confirmation:Your good health is our priority and your appointment at Clicks Eastrand Mall for Saturday, 18/05/2019 at 09:30 has been confirmed. I arrive at clicks Eastrand and lam told the nurse is not in only works 2 weekends in a month 1st and last Saturday and told sorry by the manager.I wasted my time and petrol and got no sympathy
