No Clicks card

On March 19 2014 I sent an email requesting a clicks card as I lost my previous one and I got a response saying I should receive it in 3 to 5 weeks. In May 2014 I sent an email again requesting a card as I still didn't receive the card and sent another email. I totally forgot about the fact that no one responded and I still didn't receive the card until recently when I wanted to get half price on movies. Can I just get a ****ing card please, FFS.
