No Cameras installed in Clicks

So last week Thursday i went to Clicks Westgate Mall and bought a few items,while instore i obviously misplaced my phone at checkout and realised when i got to my vehicle,i quickly ran back to get it when i arrived within store, the cashier just told me no its not there and left his check out immediately,we tried calling all the time to my phone ,and it was still ringing,it rang up until clicks closed their doors and immediately it was switched off,so now i defs know it was one of the staff that has the phone,next day i phoned and requested footage but low and behold the manager Vincent arrogantly told me they dont have ANY CAMERAS INSTALLED WITHIN INSTORE ONLY AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE STORE AND ITS NOT NECESSARY AS ITS NOT A STAND ALONE STORE ITS SITUATED WITHIN A BUILDING.....well people now you know ....CLICKS ine of the biggest stores we kniw and support dnt have cameras at any stores that is situation within a mall,im furious let alone nobody called me back ive called the store,ive logged a complaint and nobody called me back,what if my 4 year old was kidnapped within thay store and change of clothing was done so that the one and only camera at the entrance cannot recognise my babu when leaving the entrance and CLICKS was the only valuable evidence based on footage to track my baby,and they cannot provide footage,also a high crime area,which they know,but they dont care about their loyal customers safety,personally they lost a valuable customer and i will continue to spread this news and my story.Yes my phone is replacable but what if something worst happened and the only way to solve it was footage,all i know the perosn that took my phone knew their is noway they will be caught coz they know there arw absolutely no cameras even at checkout points.Im a dissapointed customer, im furious ,im angry and i refuse to leave it ar this .I was treates with disregard,the just dnt give 2 ****s about me,not one person called me back,im asking people to read my story and think twice before entering an unsafe zone,what if there is a ******* ,no cameras within store,no footage and us that was instore at the time of the happening,no choice but leave it coz clicks dnt have cameras and its their perogative like Vincent told me. Me and my entire loyal family are done with Clicks.I will continue to spread this news up until they call me back and wr sort out something. And i will not leave this here.
