No assistance from Pharmacy Healthcare Academy.

I need a reprint of my Competency Certificate from Pharmacy Healthcare Academy as I am a qualified Pharmacist Assistant. I have been trying to reach them for a month without success. They do not answer their phone calls or respond to my emails. I have also attempted to contact them using the information provided on the South African Pharmacy Council website, but the phone number goes unanswered and the email bounces back as 'undelivered'. This situation is very problematic for me, as I was retrenched and need to re-register with the SAPC to generate some income.
