No Assistance for a Disabled Mom

I am posting this because of what I just came across on a Moms group on Facebook. A disabled Mother of 3 purchased tins of formula from your store today. On her exit, the security stopped her and told her she was not allowed to use a trolley to take the formula to her mothers car. She did not have the space or means to carry everything herself and her only option was to use a trolley. So instead of a staff member offering to assist this disabled mother, she had to make another plan. This bothers me because as a Mother myself I have also experienced terrible customer service at my local Clicks but have been fortunate enough to be able to sort out the situation myself. Cant even Imagine what this Mom had to try do to get some help after your staff were so reluctant to help her apart from beinh RUDE. Seems that is the only manner in which a mother will treated in your stores. Good thing I stopped going to Clicks when I was told by one of your staff members that my baby was sick because I was breastfeeding, that I needed to be ashamed that I made her sick through my \milk".
