no after sales customer care

<p>I bought a safeway toaster Jan 2016 it tripped our lights, I took it into the Westgate store with receipt etc. consultant was not interested in helping at all. our plugs got blamed??really?? Eunice would not assit with an exchange or voucher or money back etc. I have had no luck with the customer service via email neither.</p>
