No after sale service for electronics

<p>I purchased a Wahl Lithium Iron Grooming kit and not even 3 months later it has broken, the spring of some sort has snapped causing the whole shaving mechanism to just fall out.</p> <p>I'm honestly so disappointed because it is meant to be a high-end grooming kit and i wish I'd gone for Philips if this is the quality of products you stock</p> <p>When I took it back to Clicks they're saying they can't help because I don't have the original receipt. The day i purchased it I didn't have my clicks card and also a shop a few store down was selling it for cheaper however I still purchased it from Clicks thinking if I ever have hassles then I can at least bring it back!</p> <p>I took in a bank statement to show the date I purchased it on but apparently Clicks is too uneducated to track a receipt with that information.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, your website submission form isn't working!</p>
