No Access to online Club Card Account

I can not login to my Clicks Club Card since May 2015,when i try login I get an error stating that \The existing username and/or password you submitted are not valid"even through I reset my password by following the link in the email and successfully reset it. I have emailed Clicks op 3 separate occasions and get no response"
