neverending issues and Clicks baywest

Clicks baywest in Port Elizabeth -They never on time with monthly refills. -They always mess up the claims, i.e. cancellations and re-claims etc. -They never do all prescriptions always leaving out some medication, to which I have to constantly return the next day. -You never reach them when calling via landline. -You always get a new pharmacist assisting so you never get to a situation where the pharmacist know and understand your needs. I'm at the point of returning back to Dischem for my families medication as these issues are not changing.
