never use Clicks online shopping

Hello Peter. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with clicks online shopping. I bought a few items online, ofcoz for convenience . The online process was smooth no hassles. i placed my order on the 18 May 2023, I was then informed that one of the items is out of stock and i will receive a call from one of the consultants to discuss the matter further. days went by , and still no communication. when i tracked my order via online. it said that the order has been collected. now i become worried as to why does my order say collected while i have not received any form of communication. I went to clicks on the 1st of June 2023 (where i was expecting my delivery) when i got there i was informed that my order has been there since 22 May 2023. No communication, nothing! now i was told to call clicks online and request an OTP. the consultant said they can realize the item they will send the OTP shortly and they will reimburse me for the item that was out of stock. till today, I haven't received my refund. now i need to follow-up on MY money.
