NEVER SHOP ONLINE AGAIN

I placed an online order on the 26/11/2020 , the parcel was divided into 2 and the incorrect packing list was sent with the first order , after numerous calls to clicks and dawn wing my "other half" of the online order has not been dispatched this being 3 weeks down the line and the other half of my order is still not delivered . I now need to spend more money on buying the items which was not delivered as I needed it . THIS IS APPALLING SERVICE HOW DO YOU EVEN DECIDE TO SPLIT AN ORDER WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER OF SUCH . THIS IS SICKENING !!
