NEVER NEVER EVER buy things at Clicks Online this festive season

I have bought an Item at clicks Online on the 02 Dec 2017 still not received, instead the status is completed and delivered to a wrong person. I have been calling now and then, talking to different agents but still no Joy.

I am saying to everyone who is willing to buy anything at Online clicks that, NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything on. You will regret. They change the status to delivered, while the item is still at their warehouse, you will spend more airtime calling with no joy.
