The worst. Absolutely, the worst. Service in-store is always slow, just ordered medicine online this morning and paid R60 delivery fee because I'm too sick to go myself, to only follow up on where my delivery is and find out I will only be receiving it tomorrow. This is exactly why I've moved my prescriptions to Dischem. Couldn't care less that I'm losing out on eBucks, Clicks is a waste of time. Perhaps if Dischem took them over something would change.
